In his role with the Minnesota Vikings, Steve LaCroix oversees all aspects of Vikings-generated revenues, including corporate sales, sponsorships, media sales, ticket sales, suite sales and hospitality. He also leads the team’s radio and television programming, website, digital and social media initiatives, merchandise and e-commerce operations, community and special events, marketing partnerships, advertising, branding, promotions, fan relations and game day activities. With the passage of stadium legislation in 2012, LaCroix will begin his newest challenge of also directing all sales, marketing and revenue-generating initiatives for the new stadium set to open at the Metrodome site in 2016. Join us as LaCroix describes his staff’s immediate tasks of pursuing naming rights, building partnerships and brand integration opportunities for the facility as well as provide a front-office perspective of the team in general. |

Sponsor Young Alumni: The Alumni Association is offering a new
opportunity for alumni to share the First Friday Speaker Series
experience and sponsor young alumni – specifically, undergraduate alumni
of the last three years – to attend. Sponsors do not have to attend
the event themselves, and they can sponsor any number of young alumni
they choose. Sponsored young alumni will be chosen and seated randomly
from among respondents to a monthly young-alumni call for attendees.
Parking: Surface lot parking is available.
Shuttle: A free shuttle will depart at 11:30 a.m. from the St.
Thomas Minneapolis campus on the corner of Harmon Pl. and 10th St. The
shuttle will return to the campus immediately following the luncheon |
