Our featured speaker will be Janae Bower ’95, ’00 M.A.
Her discussion topic will be “Creating Connections that Matter.” Networking is the beginning of a connection, but it’s not what you really need when seeking out relationships that grow your influence or business. Connection is the difference between just meeting someone (networking) and significantly adding value to someone.
In this session we’ll explore how connection is an
art because it requires you to form deeper, long-lasting relationships
that really add value. You will learn how to develop a skill set that
allows you to delicately extract valuable information about who people
really are and what they desire from their lives.
