Selena Roberts, Sports Illustrated senior writer and author of A-Rod, describes why it’s important for journalists to probe what’s happening off the field.



Fundraiser for ThreeSixty Journalism
ThreeSixty Journalism is committed to bringing new voices into journalism and related professions and to using intense, personal instruction in the craft and principles of journalism to strengthen the civic literacy, writing skills and college-readiness of Minnesota teens.

Friday, November 6
Silent auction 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Program begins at 7:30.

at the Binz Refectory on the St. Paul campus
of the University of St. Thomas.
 
 
Food, wine and beer provided.
Silent auction from 6 to 7 p.m. A list of items will be posted at www.threesixtyjournalism.org in late October.
 
First 100 ticket buyers will receive a signed copy of A-Rod at the event.
 
Ticket prices :
$30 for one (includes $20 tax-deductible gift)
$50 for two (includes $30 tax-deductible gift)
$200 for a table of 8 (includes $120 tax-deductible gift)

Take I-94 East to Cretin/Vandalia Exit. Go right (south) on Cretin Avenue for approximately 1 mile to the intersection of Cretin and Grand Avenues. Turn right at Grand Avenue.

From St. Paul:
Take I-94 West to Cretin/Vandalia Exit. Go left (south) on Cretin Avenue for approximately 1 mile to the intersection of Cretin and Grand Avenues. Turn right at Grand Avenue.
