The Alumni Engagement Board is a non-governing board comprised of St. Thomas alumni. The members of the Alumni Engagement Board represent the university's alumni, colleges and schools and its members come from a variety of professional backgrounds and class years.

Alumni Engagement Board members are important leaders who support St. Thomas' success. Members are asked to offer gifts of time, talent, ties, testimony and treasure to help the Board achieve its goals. The following are key expectations of Alumni Engagement Board members:
Time
Review advance materials and attend quarterly Alumni Engagement Board meetings.
Talent
Share your expertise, knowledge, insights and gifts with others in the St. Thomas community.
Ties
Be an advocate and connection point for St. Thomas within your circles of influence.
Testimony
Share your first-person experience and stories to engage the community and support the university's awareness, enrollment and engagement goals.
Treasure
Providing financial support in any of the following ways:
Each member shall serve a three-year term.
Past board members may apply to return to the board three or more years after a previous term.
