St. Thomas alumni and family members are warmly invited back to campus this fall for the annual Homecoming and Family Weekend celebration. We cannot wait to see you and your classmates back on campus!
The traditional family-friendly parade kicks off the fun in the morning and rolls right into Purple on the Plaza followed by the football game. Let the good times ROAR!

The Campus Ministry office provides a variety of Mass options throughout the week and weekend. More information regarding times and locations can be found on the Campus Ministry page.
No matter which direction you are traveling from, there are major freeways surrounding the St. Paul and Minneapolis campuses to provide fast and easy access. Please visit the Driving Directions page. Also be sure to check the Minnesota Department of Transportation website for any road closures or construction alerts before you begin your trip.
All guests are invited to take advantage of complimentary parking in the Anderson Parking Facility (located on the corner of Cretin and Grand avenues) or on the south campus – specifically, parking lots M, N, O and V. Parking on the main campus will be limited. More parking information and alerts can be found on the Parking & Transportation Services page.

If you live outside the Twin Cities area and are planning to attend your reunion, Homecoming or Family weekend, please visit the Traveling Alumni and Friends page for more travel specific details. Visitors to the University of St. Thomas campuses receive discounted rates at area hotels. The rates are established through arrangements with the university and a consortium of colleges in the Twin Cities. Please review the hotels offering the rates.
We recommend searching availability through travel websites like Kayak or Priceline, calling hotels directly or using AirBnB. For questions please contact Alumni Relations at (651) 962-6430.
All reunion celebrations and homecoming events will be held as scheduled, except in the case of severe weather. If heavy rain occurs, limited events originally scheduled to take place outside will move to designated rain sites. Click here to see the weather forecast.

Yes! There are bike racks in various locations on campus and, with limited parking available, biking is highly encouraged!
Yes! You are welcome to bring guests with you to the Reunion, Homecoming & Family Weekend events occurring throughout the weekend. All are welcome!
Yes! This is a great family friendly event, especially with the addition of Family Weekend! Many activities have been planned with the whole family in mind, such as the homecoming parade, campus tours and the Tiny Tommie Kids Zone.
If you are planning to bring a high-school student with you, consider scheduling a tour with the Admissions staff. Saturday appointments fill up quickly, so reserve your spot early.
A variety of options will be available throughout the day all around campus. Special dietary needs can be accommodated if you notify St. Thomas Alumni Engagement in advance.
Besides your smiling face, you may want to consider bringing the following with you:
- Camera – to capture the great moments you have throughout the day with your friends and classmates.
- October weather is unpredictable. Consider bringing a light jacket, umbrella, sunglasses and sunscreen to make sure you are fully prepared. Check the forecast!
- Business cards – As the Tommie Network is ever expanding, feel free to exchange information with new connections or old friends with whom you’ve lost touch!
Let's Paint the World Purple! Dress comfortably, according to the weather, in your favorite St. Thomas gear. None of the events throughout the day requires formal attire.
